UAEOFFROADERS is a family oriented club formed in Abu Dhabi on September 2009 with the purpose of promoting four wheel driving, dune bashing and exploring the gorgeous desert, mountains, wadis and landscapes of the UAE.

UAEOFFROADERS is a rapidly growing family orientated 4WD club with many activities and offroading trips ranging from mild to wild. Trips are run by very experienced trip leaders who can advise and assist you in safe driving techniques.

Our members range from 'Rookie' off-roaders, to the very experienced. To cater for our members a variety of trips are organised and posted on the website on a weekly basis to suit all levels of competence, starting from 'rookie-runs' to advanced trips, as well as organised camping and wadi/mountain exploration trips.

Being a member in UAEOFFROADERS is very rewarding. You will meet new people from different backgrounds, nationalities, cultures, and religions that you might not get the opportunity to meet in your everyday life.

All types of 4 wheel drive vehicles are welcomed, great fun is guaranteed and you will take home wonderful memories of the day. New members who join UAEOFFROADERS are surprised to find out that some of the best times are spent not in the confines of their car, but after all the driving is done and we are relaxing around the campfire sharing experiences and jokes and reflecting on the day.

The desert is a place which commands tremendous respect, the Bedouin Nomads have survived and endured life in it for centuries.
Now we are captivated by it's mystical charms and UAEOFFROADERS invite you to join us for your own Nomadic experience and an evening of enjoyment under the stars.

UAEOFFROADERS will provide you with hands-on technical and instructional training and information of how to drive safely in the sand, raising your confidence level and your confidence in your vehicle's capabilities.

Club Indemnity

We all enjoy going to the desert without a doubt, we also care for ourselves and for the safety of others.

Please know by participating in uaeoffroaders.com trips you declare and agree on the following:

• I wish to voluntarily participate in the trips, or any event, which has been organized by uaeoffroaders.com.
• I understand that offroading is hazardous and an extreme sport and that I am voluntarily exposing myself to the risk of personal injury or death by participating in the event.
• I understand that challenging and timing is prohibited and that the purpose of the day is to improve my driving skills off-road whilst having due consideration for the safety of others.
• I understand that other members will also participate in the event at the same time.
• I understand that I must comply by rules and safety standards as requested on the day.
• I understand that uaeoffroaders.com may not carry insurance in respect of any liability, which might arise out of an event, and that my own vehicle, third party and public liability insurance (if any), is unlikely to cover me for my losses or liabilities but that such insurance is available from specialist brokers.
• I am competent and able to take part and that my eyesight (with lenses if worn) is adequate for off-road events use.
• I do not suffer from any medical condition or disability that may make it unsafe for me to participate in the event, or safely operate a vehicle. I am not taking any drugs that will impair my ability to take part.
• Any vehicle for which I am responsible and/or which I will use during the event is safe and in good condition and of suitable mechanical condition (this includes fully functioning safety features eg. seatbelts)
• I hold the correct license for the size and type of vehicle being used on the event. This license enables me to drive on the public roads in the UAE, and is issued by a competent authority.
• I understand that the rules and regulations of the road stipulated by the local authorities must be adhered to whilst participating in any UAEOffroaders event,
• I will not participate in any UAEOffroaders event with alcohol, drugs or medication which may impair my judgement or control of either my personal behaviour or my control over my vehicle this includes transportation and consumption of these items.
• During UAEOffroaders trips people take videos and photographs, please be informed that you could be included in photographs either intentionally, or unintentionally, UAEOffroaders holds no responsibility if your image were to be captured.
• Using any of the media formats (ie photographs or videos) taken during the clubs official tripsis strictly not permitted for any commercial purposes, or for personal gain without written approval from UAEOffroaders.
• If Any members take any form of media (video or photographs) and share them on any social media platforms or website other than official UAEOffroaders pages, then be sure to tag UAEOffroaders and mention the source in the post details.
• UAEOffroaders has the right to use videos and pictures posted on its social media platforms and website. Photographer credit will be published when available.
• I (including myself, my personal representatives, heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, legal representatives and successors) agree to make no claim, sue, or hold liable UAEOFFROADERS.COM , its founders, marshals, members, or any one involved in the event including supporting individuals, companies and agents in respect of any loss or injury suffered by me during the event and to indemnify them against their costs and losses arising out of any claim made against them or any of them by anyone to the extent that such costs and losses are attributable directly or indirectly to my participation in the event.
• I, the undersigned acknowledge that the information provided in this form is true.
• I did register my name with an offroading recovery service (i.e. IATC).
• I have read, understood and will comply with all regulations, any supplemental regulations and final instructions given by the UAEOFFROADERS.COM and this form is valid and shall remain in full legal force unless notified and signed by both parties involved.
• I understand and agree that any violations of the above will be subject to disciplinary action from the Founders of UAEOffroaders.
