I would say AL REEM too .. furnished studio is around 22000 a year .. eventhough a tent in the desert sounds a cool idea!

Well, I got about a month to figure it out! If the city is fully booked or nothing good comes out of it, then I take my tent and my beloved FJ, take first left after Al Faya and open the first home-office for UAE Offroaders on location :wacko:
