Dear Offroaders.
The management of the club is delighted to invite you and your family to the Season Opening cum 3rd Club Anniversary Party to be held on Friday 12th October 2012. The weather is getting better and we are now three years old !!!!
A fun filled family day is planned which will include some drives, great games and entertainment for the kids and the families to be followed by a BBQ Cook Off and Overnight Camping.
As our club has grown such al lot in the past three years with a strong membership numbers in Abu Dhabhi, Al Ain and Dubai the venue will be the famous UAE Offroaders Party Bowl in Sweihan which is central to all the three cities.
Current list of activities planned is as below.
1 .Kids competitions - "water game" - Timing 04:00 to 04:30
2. Sand Skiing - Timing - 04:30 to 05:00
3. Sack race - Timing 05:00 to 05:30
4. Three legged race - Timing 05:30 to 06:00
5. Football "Father vs Kids" - Timing 06:30 to 07:00
6. Families competitions - Timing 07:00 to 07:30
7. Marshals vs members - Timing 08:00 to 08:30
8. Movie for kids - (starting by 07:00)
9. Kids race (if we have time we will do it)
10. BBQ challenge (starting by 07:30)
11. All level offroading driving "up to Marshals for trip announcing (need all members to be on event area by 04:00 pm)
12. Baha Challenger Racing – If some of you bring your toys !!!
All members are requested to come and have a great evening, enjoy the company of old friends and make new ones ! bring the family and as many friends as you like. Please don’t forget to post your names, mobile numbers and number of persons coming so we can plan accordingly.
People who want to take part in the BBQ Challenge and others who want to help with the games etc please post your details. Others are request to bring their BBQ stuff with some food to share and we will all sit together as a big happy family and enjoy the evening.
Those who are interested in off roading look out for trips at your level that will be posted closer to the event. The campsite is accessible by 4x4 cars only but we can make arrangements to transport those who wish to come in non 4x4 cars too.
