Family, kids are welcome to join as we ganna have a competition with prizes for the Kids .

-The plan will be as follow:

We will have 10 to 15 teams each team will contain minimum 6 , maximum 9 cars including marshal support.

All leaders will receive the list of his team members on 26Jan2021 to give the chance to create a WhatsApp group and manage their plan.

Trip leader ( 1 senior & 1 expert)
Offroaders minimum 1 maximum 2
Juniors minimum 3 maximum 4
& 1 support Marshal.

///////TIMING\\\\\\\

- 9:00 am Sharp All the team leaders should be at the camp .

- 9:00to 9:15am will have a meeting with the leaders to share the coordinates.

- 9:15 to 9:55 am leader will deal with his team and to manage their plan.

- 10:00 am all the convoys have to leave the camp and start the FUN.

All leaders make sure to finish and return to camp at 4:30 pm if team arrives after 4:30pm 5 points will be deduct every 10 minutes after 5:00pm team will consider disqualified.

Bring enough water , refreshments and snacks for you and your passengers.

Make sure your vehicle are in top condition and Fuel tank is FULL.
