That price is the cost price of the radios. They were bought directly from the dealer in Dubai. To confirm this, check out their website:

i bought 2 mortadla radios from dragon mart , the shop calibrated the frequancy to match any chanel from 0,1 to 0,16 , it works and already tried it, its very clear sound and 15 KM distance, super super
but any chanel 1,1 to 1,16 will not work.
the price is 500 Dhs. for the high quality. 2 radio
the chaines one that you called it gounshingum is very cheep 160 per one and 30 Dhs for speeker and 10 Dhs for car charger.
