hi, Anyone can suggest TJM XGS4000 or dOBINSONS for LC200 suspension upgrade

I drive a Ram1500 SLT and i bent my front bumper, not too bad but you can see its bent in. any recommendations where i can get it bent back or where i can replace it at a good price as i got told it has to be replced.
