You might be right - but last I asked, at the Al Ain muroor directly to the Head of the Inspections, if the modification is accompanied by a letter from the authorized dealer approving the mod, then it is entered into the muroor computer system and it passes all further inspections. He further explained that the modifications that cause concern are turbo-chargers and Nitrox: headers are fine, high-flow air intake is fine, larger tyres are fine (unless sticking too far out), muffler is fine as long as not too noisy, body accessories are fine if with dealer letter.PHANTOM wrote:Traffic department will not approve any document from the dealership regarding modification that is restricted by them. All modification has to be removed specially the metal bumper but i always say it depends on your luck

Nice 8)
Although I think the customers will like the yellow colour-coding on the rims, I personally would have blacked out the wheels to match the dark smokey look of the headlights, steel pipes and window tint.
It will go on sale in Saudi, tintin, where I suppose laws governing stell bumpers are different. You can prolly weld on 3-foot sharp teeth in KSA! LOL

If I were you I'd remove the roof lights just so you can squeak through. Just a couple of bolts. Lift and wheels should be fine, the mounts for the roof lights might cause a little hesitation on the inspector's part, but with roof lights glaring in his face I think he''ll have to apply the book. And then he'll note down everything! LOL
In Al Ain?

I really don't want to remove the lights as they are not bolted down, they are fitted with some evil 3M double sided sticky tape. That stuff is extremely strong and a PITA to remove!!!
I may look into removing it though and then bolting the lights to the roof bars for future removal!
Nah mate, in AUH
