FJ lift, long travel and tyres required - help!

Tue Aug 13, 2013 3:47 pm

Good afternoon offroaders

I like to install long travel and 3" suspension lift with 285/75r17 AT tyres or similar.

Anyone can tell me where to find them?

What do you recommend?

I read one post has all contacts details about off road providers, if some one can refer to that post it would be helpful.
One more thing I would consider a 3" lift king of high, of course it depends on driving style and might require a wheels spacers to keep center point of gravity balanced.
Good luck

The only decent long travel kit for the FJ is the one from ICON. Mebar in Dubai is the dealer and they are also availabe from AEV. In Abu Dhabi you cna get from George Azam of Bin Hofan.

George Azam - 050 4419590
MEBAR - Rashad - 050 422 4535 / 04 297 4787
AEV - Feri - 050 435 4995

For 285/75/16 tires the recomendations are Pirelli Scorpion ATR, Yokohama Geolander ART, BF Goodrich TA KO and Cooper AT3

Thanks Wasif

The rim size is 17 not 16. It is 285/ 75 R17. These would be 34s.
