How Not To Be Late On Any Trip

Mon Jan 23, 2017 10:24 pm

How to never be late for any desert trip:

- Read and understand carefully the nature, meeting time and meeting point of the trip

- Create a checklist as per the requirements of the trip (camping or Bbq)

- Use google maps to see the estimate duration and distance to reach the meeting point

- Add 30 mins to this estimated duration (for washroom, refueling, eating, praying, getting lost)

- Ensure all the stuff is arranged and securely tied down in the car the night before (as per the checklist)

- The day of the trip check the mechanical and physical condition on the car

- In case of delay inform the marshal immediately and follow the instructions given by the marshal

- Kindly note that it is unfair and unjust to keep all the people waiting who showed up before/On time

I would like to add one note.. Drivers please make sure you have proper sleep or rest before the drive. Good sleep is very important if you really want to enjoy the drives..
