Let's keep the desert clean

I have been on a short leash these last couple of years, now I am free to roam the desert again, this is what I will always do whenever I Amon a trip Offroad:

I WILL ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT I HAVE GARBAGE BAGS IN THE CAR

DURING THE TRIP, WHENEVER I SEE EYE-SORING GARBAGE LITTERED IN THE DESERT, I WILL COLLECT IT IN THE GARBAGE BAGS

SUCH ACTION SHALL BE IN LIEU OF MY CARBON FOOTPRINT

Hello Uncle..

Sorry I couldn't meet you in last week's Dubai Drive.

From the first day I am in the club all the Marshals always insist on :director: keeping the desert clean. We always make sure to carry garbage bags, collect all the garbage and bring to the gas station and dump it..

In our family we leave only the tracks...

Welcome back and hope to see you soon in the drives.
Cheers

Marshal Uncle, This is a great idea, but with limited day light and in a Newbie and JO trip, it might be bit difficult. We will have stuck and repeated second tries. And any Newbie who is not that familiar with our long term goal might be feeling it awkward. May be the sweeps can help. But, we can do this in our OR and above trips... I would also like to create a thread where people can share co.ordinates of places that needs a clean up... but the place should be like where a lot of animals have footfall and this should not be places like Al Faya in Sharjah and Nagara in Sweihan. Just my thoughts.
Best regards

Hi all,

I noticed there will be a lot of trips this week end in Sweihan area.
What about organizing a "cleaning contest"?
Each trip/convoy take picture of an area before and after cleaning (10 or 15 minutes max.).

:first: Trip/convoy with more efficient cleaning will be awarded... our eternal gratitude :humble:
The judge will of course be Marshal Uncle as the wisdom initiator of this thread.

Let's fill the bins of Sweihan !!!
