Montana 680 and Garmin Basecamp

Fri Dec 28, 2018 8:56 pm

Hi,

I am running a Garmin Montana 680 GPS unit and I've been recording tracks from all my trips. I've saved each trip at the end to build a library.

With that being said, I would like to download these tracks to my desktop computer and Garmin Basecamp program to save, manipulate, and lable the trips. However, when I plug the 680 into the computer, the unit shows up in Basecamp, but internal storage shows zero files.

Any suggestions, pointers, or ideas?

Thanks,
Mike

Hi RambleBee,

Did you have a separate sd card in the Montana?
