Finally! the issue has been resolved. They kept telling me that the supplier is delaying things. . . They also suggested that I pay half the price to have the issue sorted out... However, I refused, as, if I was going to pay anything I would rather get it done at a more reliable place. Anyway, it is now sorted out and doing the very painful break- in.

I must mention that I had to re-open the case with DED and they did a great job following up with them.

Excellent news, I'm glad you finally got it sorted mate. Just make sure nothing goes wrong this time as I'd hate for you to have to go through this again! :D

Ok.. its bad news again.. They messed up again.. and I don't want to waste my time and money with them anymore.. they don't respond and now the joke is that the warranty is no longer valid because "SOMEONE ELSE" opened it to check it.. lol.. won't be posting anymore on here..

Please post up the procedure for regestering a complaint with DED so that others can also knwo what they can do if they have problems with anyone
