Replacement air intake urethane parts.

Sun Mar 23, 2014 11:56 am

Has anyone had to replace the rubber connector piece that goes from the intake tube to the throttle body (I have a AFE)? If so where did you go for parts as I have called Icon, Offroad Zone and Rammy and they seems to think that they have never had anyone with this problem before? I can't believe that's true.

I'm thinking that that parts are very similar with each make, AFE or K&N.

Thanks,

Gus

It's the silicone coupler hose part at the end of the tube that has the metals clips on it.

Ah, OK. Well if you go to the first signal on teh main street in Mussaffah, then take a right there are a few shops along that road that sell AEM and K&N kits and parts. The AEM kit should have the same part yoru looking for, but the probably have an AfE kit as well.

If not, try a plumbing shop to see if they have something similar. I'm sure they would as it's just a flexi-connector for plumbing works.
