Okay offroaders


In this Thread will be the garge thread were any recomandation, infos, what to do in our ride where to go and fit some smods on you r car and how to start modifying your car , either its a jeep , fj , nissan hammer etc...

we will share the infromation and experince of modifying.

Also recomandation of parts if you were hestiated in or dunno what to choose or whats the best

Well I am going to fit the rest of my Daystar polyurethane bushings to the rest of my suspension/steering this weekend.
I have already done the sway/trackbars on the front, the sway bar links, all steering linkages i.e. balljoints, drag links. I have also done the rear sway bar and linkages on the rear and just have to do the control/radius arms and read track arm (which I may just remove anyway).
I am very happy so far and will update on the difficulty/success of the job next week.

Well it would seem that nuts and bolts that have been stuck fixed for 12 or so years are a little hesitant to come loose. Sprayed plenty of PB blaster on the buggers and still no luck. I managed to change my dodgy steering linkage though (Had to drill the bolt out) and changed the bushing on the new linkage rod from a OEM to a Polyurethane one. Also learned a few new colourful words and may have taught the neighbors kids some too.
I will probably send it up to Extreme in the end just to get the job done as I am limited on tools and space.

Was good fun though.

At least u r giving it a try and getting so much done. My JK has been idle for the last 45 days because of a broken axle and probably a bent tube The problem is that I have the luxury of using the Badrol, and boy, have I been using it until last Friday when I had this really difficut stuck I have had it with the Badrol, I wanna put the JK back on the road and savour true offroad action without such difficult stucks.

I will take the JK to WM asap and get it fixed, insurance must pay

Good luck with getting the insurance to pay mate. Lets hope they do though, gonna be pricey for that at WM.

I love it though ya know Nasser, I try and do as much as possiblke myself, I feel cheated if somebody else charges me to do something I can do myself.

Hi everobody!

As some of you may know i had an accident with my old Jeep XJ Cherokee. I have recently found a new Jeep and would like to swap the mods from my old jeep to my new one. (suspension, skidplates, engine mods, exhaust, etc...)

The jeep is currently at Bosch Workshop in Musaffa. Unfortunately this garage will be shut down soon, and they don't have time to help me now.

Does anybody a good Jeep workshop in Musaffa that can swap my mods?

Hello guys, just wondered what you guys think of this for the bulldog, I have found a good deal on them on Salam street. Four 100w spot lights, they have round and rectangular, I will probably go with rectangular as the bulldog is a little boxy to say the least.

I have a pic of the on the bonnet but can't upload them, so here is a similar picture with the same design on the roof.
