The ASR (Anti Slip Regulation) on my Pajero 3.8 L, 2010, is activated, it seems, at all time, while offroad. End result, as soon as I have a minimum of "spinning" of any wheel(s), the engine dies off, and I get immediately stuck, at the worst moment in the dune. The User Manual discribes that it should be de-activated if either the 4x4 Low, or the Rear Diff Lock, are engaged. However, I did not manage to get any sign that this was effective (not seen any de-activation light, etc.), and, on the contrary, I have paid the cost with two offroad trials, two plain "stuck" in sand, and abandon in shame, pulled by other vehicule, while another Pajero was progressing without issue (earlier version, no ASR).
Any advise? The Mitsubishi Dealer will probably point me to the manual :o hwell:

Under your hood, there are 2 compartments for fuses. In the smaller compartment which is on top of the bigger, you will find the traction control fuse. its a big square with a mitsubitshi logo on it. remove it and issue is solved. remember to put it back when driving on normal roads. the engine has to be turned off before and during installment.
