Vehicle Specific Forums

As we are a club with different types of vehicles, I thought that putting in some addresses of web sites that are vehicle specific.
Many of them make great reading and are really informative, from experience i have found that they are more helpful at diagnosing a problem than the agency
So here goes, here are two of the forums I use for investigating issues with my cars:

www.patrol4x4.com for the Badrool

www.thenissanpath.com for the pathfinder.

The amount of info available is amazing, plus some of them have members who work for the car manufacturers who pass on tricks and secrets for the cars, very usefull.

please maintain this as an informative directory and add anything that might be usefull

Nice idea matey. Us jeepers need all the info we can get, well the ones with teh real jeeps. None of this JK crap. ha ha.

Issue with ASR (Anti Slip Regulation) still active offroad for Mitsubishi Pajero

Hi Team, heard of this before?
The ASR (Anti Slip Regulation) on my Pajero 3.8 L, 2010, is activated, it seems, at all time, while offroad. End result, as soon as I have a minimum of "spinning" of any wheel(s), the engine dies off, and I get immediately stuck, at the worst moment in the dune. The User Manual discribes that it should be de-activated if either the 4x4 Low, or the Rear Diff Lock, are engaged. However, I did not manage to get any sign that this was effective (not seen any de-activation light, etc.), and, on the contrary, I have paid the cost with two offroad trials, two plain "stuck" in sand, and abandon in shame, pulled by other vehicule, while another Pajero was progressing without issue (earlier version, no ASR).
Any advise? The Mitsubishi Dealer will probably point me to the manual :o hwell:

For Toyota Land Cruiser, I like ih8mud.org - excellent.
