I called a shop in Sharjah last week and the guy said it was 625 per tire for 275/70R16 if I bought 5 of them.

That's not too bad actually. I'd tried to batter them down to 550-575, but it's a good starting point.

I'm looking to get a new set of types asap-
Having read this it seems as though the AT3s are the way to go: but does anyone know where they can be bought in Abu Dhabi?
I've tried a few places in Mussafah and adnoc tyre places with no luck!

Other than that, does anyone know of a decent alternative that is widely available?
Obviously any garage (or similar tyre!) that provides decent value for money is preferred :)

For the pathfinder you could try the Geolanders or the scorpion Pirelli. Try supercarz in Mussafah.

Thanks Mosaif!

I'll check out Supercarz tomorrow...

Having read that the sidewall of the Geolanders is soft, and gets punctured easily when off-roading, I'm reluctant to go for these- are the Pirelli's any better regarding this?

Went sharjah to buy cooper at3 (750), but those Rude Dealers shut the shop on me despite my attempts to buy. Disappointed I bought Geolander Ats for 625.

I tried cooper AT3 , geolander ats, pirelli scorp. , sand tires, cooper stt , michky Thomson MTZ and michky Thomson atz.
Best is michky Thomson atz , good price , wight, strong side wall, great grip and not street noisy tires, main key get the right size.
