Well, I haven't faced any type of problems, slept in ((Hafr Albatin(KSA), then slept in Syria Border (nice Hotel), 3rd night in Turkey (Antakya).
Also, you can obtain trip ticket for your car from the borders, either (Jurdon or Syria),
but I got all paper works done in (UAE), then drove.
The car should be under your name.

I found out that the "trip ticket" is also called the Carnet de Passages, and it is a document that guarantees the country you are entering that you will not sell the vehicle while in that country (or you have to pay import taxes).

The Automobile & Touring Club of the UAE issues such document (http://www.atcuae.ae) - they issue two kinds:

!. The "Trip Ticket" or Carnet is for Middle Eastern countries

2. An "International Certificate" is required for European countries - see http://www.atcuae.ae/en/intl_certificate.html

Perhaps also an International Driving License will be necessary.

However, it seems the Carnet is not required to reach EU - http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/trippl ... countries?

It is required for Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait, but not KSA, Jordan, Syria, Turkey, and not in EU.

I guess the frist European country, will be Italy!
Is it better to get the Visa from Italy Empassy?

I have enquired about the achool exams and they said it will finish at the end of June, so I may start my trip at the same time.
Is there is any confirmation from anybody who are willing to go??
Also, Switzerland Empassy - Has shiftted Visa process to the Consulate in Dubai, where people can get Visa from, not Abu Dhabi!
