How to register to an event

A friend and I are interested in joining the drive tomorrow.
(2 cars). We have some experience - intermediate level.
How can we register?

Well tomorrow trip already closed however its up to the trip organiser to accept if he has enough support call or senior marshal ahmed el beloushi and ask him 0507708833

Hello, I am new to the club. I am checking the Junior trips and all I see is numbers what does these numbers mean? And how can I join trips.
