Desert balloon floatation tyres

Hello every one,
I have a question regarding desert balloon floatation tyres. Do they require deflation. And are they recommended vs a/t tyres.

Not recommended for our type of desert drive, go for AT (All Terrien ) Tyres

They are good for straight driving in the desert but not recommend to so switches especially the sharp ones
