Well, I was a member of another club with a group of the guys here. The guys I was close too decided to start their own club and have a slightly different approach to the other clubs around. I signed up as soon as I heard about it and quickly moved up the ranks to Marshal.

I, like Wasif, haven't been out for a while with the club due to a number of reasons, but will hopefuly be back out with my eldest son soon to show him the beauty of the desert and to meet the extended family he has not yet met properly.

Always addicted to the sand, my jeep and this amazing family. Just need to get some spare time and a few mods on the jeep and I'll be ready to rock!!! :D

I saw a few pics that a member (Codger) posted on facebook and asked where were the pics taken, and the answer lead me here.
I am so excited to join and to learn how to drive off road and join this family

I may have picked up another person or two today as well

Was sat on my sofa this morning rather bored and decided to do Awir-to-Fossil Rock (which I'd never done) on my own. I've camped in Awir before so I know what it's like, so I wasn't too worried doing it on my own. Ran into a couple of guys at the start of the route who needed some help, and we ended up doing a 3-day car convoy through to Maleihah. One of the drivers is Abu Dhabi based, so perhaps we'll see him pop up on here shortly.

Ha - I remember! Marshoudi found you somehow and invited you. If I remember rightly, the first time you came out, you were his passenger on Jane's, Felicia's, Shafiq's and my senior upgrade trip!!

Hmmmm - so does this mean that I'm getting young then?!
