Hello guys :smile:

My name is Hassan. I live in Dubai for over 10 years now. I've done lots of activities throughout these years in and around Dubai: car racing, scuba diving, camping, hiking, MTB... etc and last but not least off-roading. I've done some off-roading in the past using a Pathfinder, an Xterra and done a big trip in Liwa in a Pajero (a rented one :gossip: ). but that was all some years ago.. recently bought an 09 VW Touareg and already took it to the desert 3 times and was positively surprised as I didn't expect that it will fare well but it did! I am not a hardcore offroader (hence the Touareg) but more of an outdoors person. nevertheless I am looking forward joining you guys and planning to go occasionally on some off-roading trips when the weather gets better.

Nickname is Scotchyl (real name Andy) been desert driving / off roading for about 3 years now. started in 08JK now in Gandalf (14 JKRubicon 2dr). enjoy scuba diving, camping and generally anything that involves not being near a shopping mall on a weekend. My wife is a keen off roader aswell in her 2005TJ (aka Gruff). hope to join you soon out there in the dunes.

A new resident (8 months) to the UAE and very glad to be here. I greatly enjoy the desert and dune bashing, looking forward to joining like minded individuals.
