Thanks for the response. I will keep a look-out for a beginners trip in the weeks ahead. I'm a seasoned off-road snow driver having grown up in Canada, but I am sure that the desert requires a whole new set of skills. I'm looking forward to it.

Snow? Offroad?........I guess you are almost there buddy, only difference is snow and sand, and they both start with the letter S:smiley10:

Welcome t the club Alex. Nice choice in ride too mate! So which part of Canada are you from, my wife is from T.O? You will love this club if you have a family, all the trips that are ran in the evening end with a big BBQ which is a great way for you and the kids to meet new friends.

Hi Tony (and all the other folks that said hi)! I'm originally from Toronto, but have lived outside of Canada for the last 25 years or so (UK, Vancouver, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bahamas, New York). I'm really looking forward to this club. It's a shame that I already spent 2 years in this country and just missed offroading with you folks during the great cool weather. My wife and kids also love the outdoors, so we're really looking forward to it. I'm looking forward to using the Series 76 LC offroad as well. It's a manual 4.5L. So, when is the next soiree that a newbie like me would qualify for?

I agree with you that you miss two year from your life coz u didn't join us you are most welcome I am sure you will enjoy with us whatever the weather....looking to meet you soon

hahahaha that i am lucky coz i found them the first day i went to the desert to learn how i can driver in the desert then next trip was with this great team , bro. family , club.......
