You can check out the list of trips posted on the Trip Manager Tab (app.php/trips/index.php).

Once you register for a trip you'll then receive a message a day before the trip with the meet up location point.

I recommend you check the Trip Manager Tab on Sundays and Mondays because thats when usually new trips are posted and they close pretty early.
