Disappointed with Al Futtaim

I am very disappointed with Al Futtaim. I asked them if I can lift my new FJ Cruiser and they confirmed that my 5 years warranty will be void. The warranty will not just be void on the shocks but also on the entire drive train.

Guess I will have to stay stock or better still sell the car and buy a used car.

Thoroughly disappointed!!!

LOl..I have a lift, bigger tires, cat back, UNICHIP and still have full warrenty support from AFM....am a very satisfied customer.

There is a certain way in dealing with them that you learn from experience.

Dont worry about the lift, get it and I will make sure you still have your warrenty intact

What's the big deal with a lifted Fake Jeep? Al Futtaim also sells them under the EXTREME range

Yeah but they don't warranty it either. The warranty comes from the Arctic guys.

It's true the warranty rules don't apply for all equally...
