I visited him, and thank god he is better now, he did a surgery last Saturday, because he fractured three of the lower vertebrates in the backbone and damaged another two. and they put a platinum plate on the vertebrates.
And they said he will be able to leave the hospital in few days.

I really find my self very embarrassed & ashamed to see this thread for the first time, so sorry for not relying. .
Al hamdulelah i'm now very good everything is well, actually soon i will remove the metal in my back and i will be normal again.
I'm really sorry to reply this late and i'm really appreciates all of your concern, thanks for all the praying and the wishes you are a true family.
