Abu Dhabi Police Air Wing will respond to any call that may require URGENT patient transfer by helicopter from isolated areas. This means serious and life threatening injuries that could not be dealt with by normal ambulance.

Should you ever need to contact them, please ring the Air Wing Control Room on their direct number 02 4493000, the helicopters carry Garmin GPS and obviously the crews know how to respond to GPS Coordinates so it is important that this information is relayed to them, preferably by an Arabic speaker so no translation mistakes occur.

ISo once again, please carry this number with you. 02 4493000 and pray we never have to use it.
