Dear members and friends,

Joy and I were going to New Zealand for Xmas with our families, but we have decided after a lot of soul searching and discussion that we will make this move a permanent one.

We are leaving the UAE to return to New Zealand to with our families, our time here has come to an end.

I feel happy to be returning to NZ but my heart feels empty as I will be leaving this family behind, I am finding it hard to write, so will let Joy finish if she wants.

Thank you all for your friendship inshallah we will meet again.

JC

Home is where the heart is and I hope you and Joy will have a fantastic time in NZ. You'll be sadly missed by one and all. All the best for future and our fondest wishes for you and your family. Marina and Neil.

Joy and John - I wish you all the best. It's not an easy decision to make and I can appreciate your dilemma.

Have you set a date for departure?

Not much time to get it all organised, then. Hopefully you'll make it out for a trip or two before departure (even if you have to borrow a vehicle).

Allow me to useLeilani Hermosa Petersen's poem to express myself:The hardest part of any friendship
is when it is time to say goodbye,
and even though I wished I could make you stay,
I know I got to let you spread your wings and fly.

For life is a journey that needs to be travelled
and I am certain you'd make it through,
I just want you to know and never forget
that I will surely miss you.

So follow your heart and never give up,
as dreams and wishes do come true,
for I know that someday we'll meet again,
so never forget I will be praying for you.
So long John & Joy, you will be sorely missed, and I mean sorely missed.
