gus gus, i had spoke to lee to change the area to al khatem, this is a very very important to our club. need all to join.. our role will be with the organizer.
what i found through the discussion with SANID staff that date can not be confirm as they are waiting for H.H, but it will be ether 15.03.13 or 22.03.13.
normally the event will take place on morning time let say 08:00 am before it get hot and finish by 12:00 pm. if it on 15.03.13 we can join them on the morning and after that we run our trip after we finish. if not and that will be confirm a day or two before we can run the trip at the normal time and place.

Hey, everyone -
After speaking with Khalid last night, it,s clear that we all need to be very flexible for March 15th and 22nd. UAE-OR is fully committed to supporting the Desert Cleanup, but their organizers may not confirm the date until just before the event itself. So we are a bit caught in the middle, but we just have to be ready and flexible.
As I understand it, during those 2 weekends, previously made plans for UAE-OR trips may get changed at the last minute. So let's relax, smile, and go with the flow. A successful Cleanup event is our first priority. As Khalid said, on the morning of the event, we,ll support the Cleanup (wherever they choose to have it), then we,ll be free to play in that area in the afternoon.
Come one, come all! :cheerful:
