Hello, sandy friends! I need your

!!!!!!
Major police & municipality raid in Khalifa City today (by now, yesterday)! Lots of people came home from work to find they are missing doors and walls! I was among the lucky ones to be home when this happened, so I just got a warning to move out as my apartment didn't pass the municipality requirements, so I have to move out in one month

! Anyone out there who knows of a one bedroom apartment available now, preferably in Khalifa City?

There are no approved one. two or three bedroom apartments in KCA as the master plan for that development only has 4 or 5 bedrooms approved. The owners then divided the villas and were sublettin them illegally.
You will have to move to Abu Dhabi city or Mohammed Bin Zayed if you want to live a life of peace !

Thanks, Wasif.
It seems to be the case, although the placed I moved in two months ago is only three years old and build specially as villa apartments.

Ha, ha! I wish that was the case Saeed... but municipality doesn't even ask who lives there! They just come, mark the apartment with a big red X and one month later they knock everything down. it happened to other people, even families with small children.
Maybe I'll just buy a tent and move to the desert!
