Thanks everyone! It is a very nice surprise to see this thread. Every time I see one of these announcements I see the results of the friendly and warm family members who give and share their experiences and time to make us all a little better. It is a good thing to share our skills and knowledge so that we each can adapt and overcome our weaknesses and grow. So my advancement is really an an acknowledgment of the club and family to which I am a very happy to be a part of.

Being a newbie, I have first hand experience in knowing that you walk your talk. I remember your advice and suggestions you gave me during my first trip on 30/1/09.
I am sure your presence in this group will be beneficial to many more newbies besides myself.
