First treasure hunt 2017 is on!!!

[font=&]Dear off-roaders! Save the date! [/font]
[font=&]AD4x4 club is organizing the first TREASURE HUNT on 10/02/2017.[/font]
[font=&]Area and meeting point coordinates will be announced on 08/02/2017.[/font]
[font=&]ALL UAE OFF-ROAD CLUBS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE.[/font]
[font=&]There will be two levels for participants according to track difficulty:[/font]
[font=&]1. Hunters (intermediate-advanced level of difficulty)[/font]
[font=&]Any one from advance and above can participate in this level.[/font]
[font=&]2. Discoverers (junior-intermediate level of difficulty)[/font]
[font=&]Any one from newbie and above can participate in this level.[/font]
[font=&]Rules:[/font]
[font=&]1. Each team to consist of 3 cars.[/font]
[font=&]2. Cars equipped with minimum 2 GPS devices.[/font]
[font=&]3. All cars equipped with First Aid Kit, fire extinguisher, shovel, snatch strap and rated shackles, spare tire, proper recovery points, compressor (Will be checked by organizing team on arrival to welcome desk).[/font]
[font=&]4. Extra 40 liters of petrol per car advisable.[/font]
[font=&]5. All teams to be present at welcome desk for car checks and registration from 07:00-08:00 AM.[/font]
[font=&]Event will start at 08:15 AM with welcome and briefing from the organizing team and snacks offered to all participants.[/font]
[font=&]09:00 AM the hunt will start and all teams required to be back to start point latest by 16:00 PM.[/font]
[font=&]Late arrivals of teams will bring penalty of points (arrivals after 16:30 PM will be disqualified)[/font]
[font=&]There will be treasures hidden on selected waypoints.[/font]
[font=&]There will be one format of coordinates used.[/font]
[font=&]Teams that have collected all flags and have travelled the shortest distance will be the winning teams.[/font]
[font=&]Fees per team 200AED. Tickets have to be collected before the date of the event.[/font][font=&]
