Hey - help please !

My jeep wrangler failed its re-registration because it needs to have:-

1 - original front bumper reinstalled
2 - orignal rear bumper reinstalled
3 - light bar removed

It's confusing because when I bought it it transferred into my name with no problems. However, it appears the previous owner had problems and also had to reinstall / remove etc.

Does anyone have contact details for a garage (Al Ain or Abu Dhabi) who would reinstall original bumpers for the registration test ?

In mussafah garage Alqasrawe last year he talk 300 handred Dhs original pumper to get pass in police after pass raten to him
