Quad Lake Fence

Seems like Quad Lake in Al Ain is getting fenced in :(

Damn .....see what happens when you write about interesting places !!!! How fast is that damn fence growing

We need to add wire cutters to the standard recovery kit from now on....too many fences around !

Supported that.
They will be only allocated Play ares for Quads and 4x4 soon. That what I heard from Dubai.

Happy to qualify my earlier post - the fence is not to close off access to Quad Lake, which remains open 8) - it is to enclose the land to the south and east of Quad Lake, possibly for future development or maybe as an extension to a large farm nearby.

Good news....I was there last weekend and we spent the evening on the back side of Quad lake and had a great BBQ. Funny thing was that there were plenty of people in the evening and as soon as it got dark everyone left.....we were the only people there that Friday night.

How come such a nice spot doesnt have people doing BBQ's etc in the night ?
