Hi, have managed to reset channels on my spare quansheng radio - it now transmits fine and a small bar >>>>R appears on the screen when a signal is being received but there is NO SOUND? I've tried the "voice" option but this just gives an annoying voice in Mandarin rather than in an American drawl, not helpful.

Any help appreciated?
