Seat covers in Al Ain - is vinyl any good?

Made a big mistake last week and entrusted Mehran with covering my broken leather seats on the land cruiser (how much should it cost to have the 2 front seats done only) - they are now plastered in cheap sticky vinyl which is awful - is it worth getting better vinyl or will any vinyl be sticky? Another option could be to find some same colour scrap leather seats, maybe in Musafa somewhere?
The originals are beige leather and the only one that is really bad is the driver's seat as it cracked with age.
Any advice welcome.
Thanks,
Jeff.

Why dont you go to one of the car accessory shops and get leather seat covers installed over the vinyl ? Far more easier and maybe evencheaper than having them re upholstered in leather

Thanks Henster and Wawa - can you buy real leather seat covers? that may be the answer as the plastic is AWFUL, the other idea is those wooden torture bead covers that taxi drivers use, haha.

or, with the right kind of truck, you can go Bedu-style and contrast the rich pattern with checker plate and black bed-liner!!! 8)
