Who can make Custom made Roofracks/rooftrays?

Hi
I need to carry a sea Kayak on my Prado 2008 with the least possible overall height so I'm wondering if there is anyone who can build a bespoke rooftray.
I presently have a thule aerobar with kayak mount but it's too high for the garage ceiling and the inflatable temporary roofracks tend to significantly damage paintwork in sandy environments, so I'm considering swapping the factory fit roof rails for a costum fit rooftray.
Has anyone had experience of getting a custom made rooftray done here in UAE and have a reliable contact?
