Hi guys,

I've heard quite a few garages recommended for various things, but I wanted your input specifically for mounting a recovery point on a vehicle.

Any particular places I should be looking at for good quality work/parts? Additionally if possible, some idea of what it will cost?

Best Line Garage - Mr. Mogambo - 055 283 5794 / 055 884 3438
Almost 4x4 Garage - - Omar - 050 914 8155 / 050 588 1333 / 06 544 1881

I am assuming you picked up your racing camel !

Good news Andrew. I have been missing chatting with you on the trips. Look forward to seeing you soon with your new 'Mystery' toy.
Cheers! Alok

Although they specialise in Land Rover / Range Rovers (cough cough - shabab city, only Japanese vehicles for you know I believe Mr Scotsman), try A2B garage behind Times Square Mall - check their website for location and ask for Alex - they are recommended by friends. UK owned garage, they seem good.

Did you buy a yaris? I can't think of anything else that wouldn't have a recovery point for offroad! ;)

LOL

btw, what kind of tow point and mounting how? Got to watch out for drilling holes into the chassis for when inspection time comes, and no welding!

You can use the camel's tail as a recovery point.....dont even need a snatch strap
