Front Wheel Brake Line Cable Broken - need help to locate new ones

Drove back from Dubai today to land at home and find some sort of fluid had been leaking (from under the left front wheel arch) - splattering over the front of the running board/side step. On closer inspection there was a lot of leaked fluid over the suspension rod and around the brake lines. Took it to the dealers asap and they confirmed that it was brake fluid leaking from a broken brake cable
and that they cannot fix it as it is not stock but one of the modded parts which was installed when I got The Tank modded by Extreme nearly 5 years ago with a 3inch lift kit.
I've been in touch with Mohammed at Extreme's workshop to see if he can help me locate the name/item # of the brake cable part so I can order 2 new ones (then I'll have a spare as a 'just in case' scenario.
Was also hoping if I post the pics of the part here, someone here may also be able to point me in the right direction for what part I need to order ... from Quadratec or a dealer here in the UAE?
Dealers have told me the car is ok to drive around town at low speeds with no heavy/emergency braking, to keep checking for leaks and to keep an eye on the brake fluid reservoir - it's still at max
Here's the photos of the broken brake cable - been told its the lower joint to the lower flexible cable that's leaking and need to replace the entire lower cable.
Suggestions and ideas gratefully received from my knowledgeable friends out there with modded up Jeeps - thanks in advance!
