JK Wrangler clutch issues (2011, 6 speed manual)

I just got my 2011 Wrangler back from Trading Enterprises (SZR) 4 days ago, for the 50k service. The next day, I noticed that the clutch pedal was feeling a tiny bit loose but I just ignored the issue. I barely drove the jeep until this morning, when the pedal had no resistance for about half the depression distance. I had difficulty shifting gears since the clutch was basically not disengaging normally. After a really rough start at a traffic light, I got it to 3rd gear and then pulled over into a sand lot since the clutch was pretty much permanently engaged. At this point, I couldn't even put the jeep into reverse.

Trading Enterprises just called and told me that they need to replace both master and slave cylinders. Fortunately, it's all covered under warranty. I'm just trying to convince them to loan me a rental car for now since it won't be fixed until the 5th.

Has anyone else had this happen to their vehicle? What could they have done during the last service which damaged the cylinders?

After yelling at them over the phone a few times yesterday, the spare parts magically showed up and they were able to fix the issue earlier today. I got the jeep back and clutch is definitely working normally, but I feel like the pedal has a little more play than usual (about 3 cm). It might just be me :noidea:

Main reason I sold my Jeep, won't give them any business ever again.

Daniel, one disaster after another with TE and I lost all confidence in the vehicle and myself, second-guessing constantly.

The clutch went back to normal after using it for a few days. Pretty sure they didn't follow the correct procedure, but I know nothing about automotive surgery. I don't think they even have any strictly defined procedures for anything.

I still have to service my jeep there to keep the warranty valid until it runs out this year. Apart from that, I am definitely never buying anything from trading enterprises again!
