Query: Price for 1996 Cherokee stroked to 4.6L

As I consider my options in stroking my 1996 Jeep Cherokee, one important thing is that I can cover my costs with the projects. As you might know I've already done 12-13 project cars, enjoying the project, and then selling at cost - not even 1 dirham profit, but also not even 1 dirham loss. So far, all have gone like that 8)

So, assuming the stroker project goes well, meaning I do a professional job, do you guys think someone would buy a 1996 4.6L Cherokee in tip-top shape for AED 20,000?

I doubt it but you never know. You'll need to budget a minimum of 9000 AED for the stroker project and that's if you copy the most basic stroker build, which is the modified "poor man's" recipe featured on my site where the only parts that aren't stock or stock replacement are the 258 crank and Keith Black UEM-IC944 pistons.

4.6L modified "poor man's" stroker

Jeep 4.2L 3.895" stroke crank
Jeep 4.0L 6.125" rods
Keith Black UEM-IC944-020 forged pistons
9.25:1 CR
Stock 4.0L camshaft
Ported HO 1.91"/1.50" cylinder head
Victor Reinz 0.043" head gasket
0.070" quench height
Accel 24lb/hr injectors for '96-'04 engines
245hp @ 4650rpm, 315lbft @ 3000rpm ('96-'04 camshaft)

Speaking of project cars, I have a 1995 Ford Mustang GT for sale (see thread) that I bought cheap and fixed up Wheeler Dealers style.
