Transfer of car from Ajman to Abu Dhabi

Can I know the procedure for transferring a car from Ajman to Abu Dhabi. Can the seller do the fahas (tasjeel) in Ajman and Can the car be registered in Abu Dhabi without conducting fahas. I don't want to take the mods off. Please guide me.

Inspection must be done in Adnoc, regardless to the location.

The car needs to be deregistered at Tasjeel and any outstanding fines paid in Ajman by the previous owner. Then the Ajman plates will be removed and the car transported (at your cost) on a flatbed truck to any ADNOC vehicle inspection centre of your choice.
The car would then be inspected and if it passes, you'll arrange insurance and get new AD plates/registration card.

Thanks for shedding aome light on this mystery Can the person not pass it in Ajman and then we transport it to Abu Dhabi without having to pass it on Abu Dhabi again.
