Thank you to the Founders for making me a Marshal - I feel like I have made it to the top of the highest sand dune! I am really pleased, and honoured, that you think I am good enough to wear the red shirt! My upgrade has only been made possible by many of you who have coached me, coaxed me, cajoled me and encouraged me every dune of the way - THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!

By the way, my initial response was the same as when I was made an expert -

"WooooooHoooooo, Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, YeeeeeeeeeeeeeHaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa YES!!!!

Those of you have been my passengers will understand this."

Thanks to everyone for their good wishes too, and special congratulations go to Mansour, Eric and Offie on their upgrades too :) :) :)
