Great feedback, guys - OK, so smaller, simpler, stronger, and capable of carrying coals to cook on (or gas stove)... can be done - we just need a metal tray to carry the hot coals... hmmmmm

What else? Sheesha compartment??? :)

I lke the idea and would suggest few things
1 Light frame like aluminum instead of wood for weight advantage
2 I will add light stand
3 a bigger /large space for Biryanis and Machboos.

The difficult beats are
Fitting and How to slide /collapse the alunium pannels
sharp edges and injury to your hand on foldings.

PR do you have more details on that.???

Aluminium would be good, but I can't work it myself... so maybe do the first ones in plywood and once the design is settled transfer the plans to the alu guys in Sanaiya. Another advantage of aluminium would be its thinner so you can fold more layers better than plywood. it might come in more expensive, though.

Light stand idea is good, thanks! 8) as is larger area to load up coals from fire instead of only gas burner.
