BTW, nothing wrong with being a business venture, either. There's lots of them LOL and I didn't mean to say it was bad in any way to want to make a profit. I meant that I'm not interested in paying to be taken to the desert. Personally, I've worked with non-profit organizations the last 20 years of my career, so I do lean towards those kinds of community-based initiatives. My point is that if you want to operate as a non-profit, and benefit from that 'higher-consciousness' umbrella, the financials should be released to the public. I remain available to audit DasNut statement of income and expenses, pro bono (means free of charge :)

My appreciation to uaeoffroaders for not falling into a trap of deleting posts that do not necessarily follow the party line: each member has a voice and together the membership builds the club 8)
