I moved to Abu Dhabi in August 2013 and bought a 4x4 a couple of months ago, at first mainly to go offroad to mountain areas.

But after driving in the desert for the first time a week ago, for a camping trip, I realized how the different terrain captured my interest. A friend recommended your group because I would really like to learn more, repeat this kind of experience, and see new places in a group.

Welcome to the club

Hi All.

Arrived in the UAE 5 years ago and thought it was about time to get out onto the sand. I have no experience in off-roading but am the owner of a FJ Cruiser (yep I bought it for all the wrong reasons).

I am based in AD but work in Dubai and am definitely looking forward to joining you on some of the trips.
