Pleased to see these guys have some training - though sometimes when you see them with their clients you doubt it!

Wasif,
I really don't understand the purpose of this thread that you opened up. The best Desert Driving school you can ever get is UAEOFFROADERS in addition to other Offroading clubs. :smiley2:

P.S. Can someone please delete this thread.:smiley7:

I agree with Nasser.
One day of training may give you tips which you can read up (the info given during Gulf News Desert Drive, for example). Repeated trips in the sand gives you opportunity to use the tips and gain experience.

I don't know how they can give the offroading liecen in 1 day, do they make experts that fast?
driving offroad is more advance & dangrous than onroad, by the way do they make a test for the drivers?

do they teach them the navigations?
does that liecen allow poeple to drive alone in the desert....

I dont see any defrent from offroad liecen & emirate ID ..... same requierment

The purpose of thsi thread was to share the information on this with our memebrs. There is no need to delete this thread.

Its just sooo funny to see them trying to make you an experienced and even an licensed off road driver in a 12 hour span.

I Just want to lay my hands on a copy of that Desert Manual they are showing to see whats it all about.

if they are giving the car, and one of them will be your passenger, it will be useful for one thing, you can go and and give him a lesson of not riding with a crazy people in the desert :D
it will be funny watching him crying and asking you to stop :P
