Also XJs need fitting recovery points. Not because they'll need to be towed out often LOOL but because they don't have any fitted. Is that all XJs, BTW?

No, they should come from the factory with them, but they aren't expensive if they are needed. Most scrap yards will have some to offer. :D

Check under the front and back bumpers for some hoops or loops that can have a shackle or rope attached mate, if not they cost around 400 dirhams shipped fomr america.

Check this link, there is a kit that has everything. Brackets, hooks and all hardware. Will only take around 1 hour to install and can be done with only to spanners/wrenches. http://www.jeepinoutfitters.com/scripts ... oduct=1386

Khaled....If you are going for a Cherokee forget the V8 Grand Cherokee ...no parts and too much breaks down.

Get an older Cherokee s Mansour and Nasser hav. Costs less and if it breaks will be fixed for much less....AND has recovery points.

These guys are confusing you with other options.

Look for a 4.0 Cherokee manual.....If you can gt a 2 door even better. Keepit stock till you learn all its tricks and then you can look at spending money on it.

I think only one person mentioned a V8 WA, we are all advising him on teh 4.0, as the links I provided show. :D And yes, 2 door manual would be sweet, but hard to find a 2 door in this region as they are quite rare even in the states. Good luck if you find one, that would be a great rig.

The 4.0 doesn't have a V6, it has an L6. Which means the cylinders are in line, not in a V with 3 either side. Check this write up. :D Unless it is actually a Liberty, which has a 3.7, which is not what you are looking for. :D http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeep_Cherokee_(XJ)

Khaled if its all looking and driving OK try to beat the price down to 12,000 if worst come to worst 14,000 will be a great price.

Why don't you put up a picture here so we can see it
